• Employee who has more than 5 years of experience and achieves the best performance is awarded to a certificate of deposit (bank savings).
• An employee’s child who attend an undergraduate program is entitled to an annual amount during the course of the program.
• Employee who has a disease or illness is entitled to a monthly allowance.
• Annual incentive trip.
• Staff housing: built 1 dorm-style accommodation for 10 staff (2001) and is building another 4 houses for 20 staff in Cam Thanh, Hoi An (2013)

Charity

• Offer food assistance and donation to flood affected regions.
• Offer financial aid to underprivileged children who is in need of literacy.
